The Beefier Bonneville Bobber Black Unveiled

Triumph Bonneville Bobber Black

There's enough alliteration there to make our heads spin, but Triumph are keen to expand their popular Bonneville Bobber, and it comes in the form of this new blacked out and beefier version.

Why beefier? Well along with all those blacked out parts, the new Black version gets a fatter 130-section tyre on a 16-inch rim over the standard 19-inch. To accommodate the new front-end, Triumph has also fitted the Bobber Black with chunkier 47mm Showa front forks

The headlight unit is now a complete LED-unit which is offered as an accessory on the standard Bobber. All of this, combined with the blacked-out paint finish and new headlamps, give the bike a meaner and more aggressive stance.

Other mechanical updates include new 310mm twin-disc brakes at the front coupled with 2-piston Brembo callipers. The results of these changes has however added 9.5 kg, taking the dry weight to 237.5 kg.

As for the colour options, the Triumph Bonneville Bobber Black is available in two shades – Jet Black and Matt Black.
